Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

This half-day course provides the candidate with the knowledge and practical skills needed to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

All persons successfully completing  the course will receive a certificate valid for one year, and will have been assessed to be competent in the following:

�   Knowledge of Cardiopulmonary System

�   Basic Life Support

�   Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

�   Safe Use of the AED
