Essentials of First Aid

This is a half day course which consists of:

� Basic Life Support

� Choking

� Recovery Position

� Basic wound / Haemorrhage care

� Shock

� Anaphylactic Shock

 All persons passing the course will receive a certificate valid for 1 year
